Acceptance of Terms
By using any service provided by ScorUp Digital, including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Google Ads management, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Services, Analytics, Reputation management, Promotion, or Consultancy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Overview
ScorUp Digital provides professional digital marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads Management, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Social Media Marketing & Advertising , Website & Landing Page Services, Analytics, Reputation management, Promotion, Consultancy, Content & Strategy Consultation.
All services are provided based on the agreed scope, timeline, and pricing discussed before project initiation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information and access when it is required. Respond promptly to requests for approvals or materials, and ensure compliance with platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.). Take responsibility for the final approval of ads, content, and campaigns.
ScorUp Digital is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or approvals from the client.
Payment Terms
When work remains under our control for changes or removal, payment after submission may be allowed based on the type of work.
For most services, 50% of the total payment must be made in advance before work begins. The remaining 50% payment must be completed within 3 days after completing the work.
Certain services require 100% advance payment, especially for time-intensive, customised, or high-resource projects. This requirement will be clearly communicated during initial discussions.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Ad spend budgets paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are separate from ScorUp Digital service fees.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are limited and depend on the stage of service delivery.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate payments made in error
- If the service has not started at all within the agreed timeline, the client is eligible for a full (100%) refund.
- If the service has started but is still in the initial planning or setup phase (research, strategy planning, or account preparation), a 70% refund will be issued.
- If the service is partially delivered (campaign setup, design, or initial execution has begun), a 40% refund applies.
Non-Refundable

Services that are fully delivered or completed
- If the service is more than 50% completed and active work, such as optimisation, management, or reporting, has started, no refunds will be issued.
- Setup fees, consultation fees, and strategy work

Performance-based dissatisfaction
Intellectual Property
- All strategies, creatives, reports, and materials created by ScorUp Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After payment, clients may use the delivered materials for their business only.
- Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reuse our work without written permission
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including business data, login credentials, and marketing strategies.
ScorUp Digital will never share client information with third parties without consent, except where required by law
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.
ScorUp Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately if: – Terms are violated – Payments are not made – The client engages in illegal or unethical activities.
Limitation of Liability
ScorUp Digital shall not be liable for: – Platform account suspensions or policy changes – Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities – Technical issues beyond our control.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms apply to clients in Bangladesh and worldwide.
- For Bangladeshi clients, local laws of Bangladesh apply
- For international clients, services are governed by standard international business practices
Both parties agree to resolve disputes through communication first before legal action.
Changes to Terms
ScorUp Digital reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
