Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of scorup.com and any services purchased from ScorUp (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging our services, submitting a quote request, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.

Services we provide

ScorUp provides Google Ads audit and optimization, conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel/Conversions API, server-side tracking, and related audits), and CallRail call tracking integration services to businesses. The specific scope of work for any engagement will be confirmed in writing (via email, invoice, or proposal) before work begins.

Account access requirements

To deliver our services, we typically require access to your Google Ads account, Google Analytics/GA4 property, Google Tag Manager container, and/or other relevant platforms. You agree to grant the access levels reasonably required to complete the agreed scope of work, and to do so in a timely manner so as not to delay project delivery. We will only request the minimum access necessary and will not request billing or payment-method access.

Project scope, timelines & deliverables

Estimated delivery timelines (e.g. 5–14 business days depending on service) are provided as good-faith estimates and may vary based on account complexity, the speed of access being granted, and the responsiveness of the client to requests for information. Any work outside the originally agreed scope may be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated and agreed before being carried out.

Payment terms

  • Pricing for each service is as published on our Site or as quoted directly to you, and is in USD unless otherwise agreed
  • Payment is due as specified at the time of booking or invoicing — typically in full upfront for one-time projects, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing
  • Work will not begin (or will be paused) until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed
  • Third-party platform costs (e.g. CallRail’s own monthly subscription) are separate from our service fee and are the client’s responsibility

Refund policy

All sales are final. ScorUp does not offer refunds for any services once a project has been booked and paid for, regardless of project stage.

Because our services involve specialised technical labour — including account audits, custom tracking configuration, and integration work — that begins promptly upon payment and access being granted, we are unable to offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits once an order has been placed. We encourage all clients to review the service description, scope, and pricing carefully, and to ask any questions before purchasing or booking a paid service.

If you believe there has been an error with your order (such as being charged incorrectly or for a service you did not request), please contact us immediately at contact@scorup.com so we can review the matter.

Client responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services on schedule, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required accounts and platforms
  • Respond to requests for information or clarification in a reasonable timeframe
  • Provide accurate information about their business, goals, and existing setup
  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable period after delivery

No guarantee of results

While we apply our expertise and best practices to every project, ScorUp does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to changes in conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead, lead volume, or revenue. Google Ads performance is influenced by many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, budget, and platform algorithm changes. Our services are focused on delivering accurate tracking, sound account structure, and properly configured systems — the foundation for better-informed advertising decisions.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of ScorUp unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Any custom configurations, documentation, or reports delivered to a client as part of a paid project become the property of that client upon full payment, for their own internal use.

Confidentiality

We treat client account access, business data, and project details as confidential, and will not share this information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScorUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of our services or Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

Termination

Either party may discontinue an ongoing engagement by providing written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination remains payable in full, and the no-refund policy described in Section 6 continues to apply to amounts already paid.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts within the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
